My name is Somya Martand Marketing Manager at QTrace. I love to share some of my experiences with customers. I would like to share How QTrace helped out Lily to find back his Keys with the QTrace community help.
It’s winter morning Lily contacted me via Phone. Unfortunately, Lily had lost her QTrace and the last known location was close to his work. After some searching with the app opened it proved to be more difficult to find his lost keys back. After trying the search steps, we concluded that we need to call in the help of the community.
This has activated QTrace Community search. Now there wasn’t much I could do to help further, either Lily couldn’t do much more. So we waited, but we didn’t have to wait for long! After an hour Lily contacted me back to let me know he has received an email that her QTrace was found and the location had been updated. So Lily went with the QTrace app opened to the place of his e-mail and shortly after that his App instantly connected to the QTrace.
